‘Landslide’ is the latest single from Lincoln band The Rills. It’s a hard-hitting tune that makes the most of a pulsating, thumping bass line and a swaggering top line that blends perfectly with the compressed squeal of the electric guitar. The band add: “I hope people can hear the optimism in it though - the lyrics are about the idea of love as something unbreakable, with the power to heal, and the music’s got this relentless, heart-pumping drive to match it.” Their Aftertaste EP will drop on February 24th 2022, just after their UK headline tour this winter. -Dan Peeke.
